Experienced Large Animal Veterinarian / Veterinary Surgeon – Taupō, NZ
We’re on the lookout for an experienced large animal veterinarian (2–5+ years’ experience) to join our
veterinary team in Taupō, New Zealand. VetPlus is a progressive
production and large animal veterinary practice, working closely with dairy and beef farmers across the central North Island.
All VetPlus clinics are BESTPRACTICE accredited, and we’re passionate about delivering practical, high-quality
veterinary services that make a real difference for our clients and their animals.
What you can expect in this veterinary role
- Work with proactive dairy and beef clients focused on herd health, productivity, and animal welfare
- Deliver a mix of large animal veterinary services, including herd health, preventative medicine, and on-farm consultancy
- Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff
