Where do we deliver to?

• We deliver to physical addresses in the North and South Island mainland of New Zealand.
• We are currently unable to send an order to a P O Box or Private Bag, nor to Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart or Chatham Islands.

How much does delivery cost?

• Delivery is free for orders over $79.00.
• Orders under $79.00 will incur a delivery charge of $9.90.
• Delivery charges will be detailed at check-out.

When will my order be delivered?

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Your order may take up to 5 business days, but in most cases should be received within 2 business days from your order.
• If there is likely to be a delay on your order (e.g. due to supply), we will contact you.
